Rasam Powder

Rasam powder is a spice blend used throughout Indian sub-continent, especially in the southern states of India. As the name suggests, it is used to prepare rasam, a lentil soup flavoured with tamarind, tomatoes and rasam powder. Rasam can be served as a soup or mixed with rice.
